25 Basic Mac Keyboard Shortcuts
Modifier Keys = Shift, Control, Option & Command
Command + C = Copy
Command + V = Paste
Command + X = Cut (removes from Document & is on Clipboard)
Command + A = Select all the content of a Document or Webpage
Command + Z = Undo (do it multiple times to go back several steps)
Command + Shift + Z = Redo (multiple times goes forward several)
Command + Tab = Switch Programs
Command + ~ = Cycle thru all the open Documents
Command + W = Close a Window or a Tab on the Browser
Command + N = Open a New Window or Tab
Command + S = Save
Command + Shift + S = Save As
Command + O = Open a Document or Application
Command + P = Print the Document
Command + Q = Quit the Program
Command + Space-Bar = Opens ‘Spotlight’ to activate Search-Bar
Command + Shift + N = Create a New Folder
Command + Delete = Deletes Documents or Folders
Command + Shift + Delete = Empty the Trashcan
Command + Comma = Check the Preferences of any Program
Command + Up-Error = Go To Top of Document or Browser
Command + Down-Error = Go To Bottom of Document or Browser
Command + Shift + 3 = Capture the entire Screen
Command + Shift + 4 = Capture the Selected portion of a Screen
Command + Shift + 4 + Space-Bar = Captures entire Window
Command + Left Error or Right Error = Go to Beginning or End of a Line or Previous or Next Program in the Browser

21. ⌘←, ⌘→ = Move to start/end of line
22. ⌘↑, ⌘↓ = Move to top/bottom of document
23. ⌘⇧3 = Capture entire screen
24. ⌘⇧4 = Capture custom area
25. ⌘⇧4 Spacebar = Capture entire window
To see what is on the Clip-Board, go to:
‘Finder’ > ‘Edit’ > ‘Clipboard’

Wally this is great. I must have saved these keyboard shortcuts a dozen times over the years. To be honest I use most of them, not all. I don't think I ever knew how to see what was on the Clip-Board.
I have a question though, where did you find those Apple symbols like, ⌘⇧, ⌘←, ⌘→, ⌘↑, ⌘↓
