Success - Respect - Like

How do you define success? How is a company/organization considered successful? I think we could say, if a company is making money, communicating their business plan to their employees and are liked by their employees, they could be a success.

The same could be said for a person. If they manage their day to day business in a distinguished way, are honest with their family, trusted by the members of the community, then they could be considered successful.

That is just some of the traits people and organizations have when you bring success into a discussion.

How do people judge respect? I would say if a person or company is true to their word, stands up for what they believe in, and treats everyone fairly, with respect, they will be viewed as respectful.

Are you liked or do you want to be liked? I think most of would rather be liked, than to be disliked. The same holds true for a company or organization. Companies that are liked by their employees and the public, should be successful and respected.

Wealthy Affiliate and all of us involved in this organization have all three of these traits. Wealthy Affiliate has been here for several years and has gained the respect of everyone associated with them. I feel, everyone involved is well liked, respected, some are very successful, and the rest of us are working hard to be successful.
