New Year, New Beginnings?

Well, here we are. Another New year, The Old one is gone.

So, what did I accomplish last year? I wouldn't say that I accomplished a whole lot. In fact I spent most of last year unemployed and what some would call retired, I'm 66.

About three weeks ago I started a part time J O B which will bring in a little extra money, which we do need.

A year ago + I started researching ways to make money online. I didn't spend andy money on the so-called get rich quick programs out there because along with that research I also found reviews of some of those programs and became very skeptical of anything that promises to make money fast.

One of those review sites was associated with a fellow who was promoting WA along with several reviews of other products...WA was the only one that didn't promise big bucks. So I did a lot of research on WA and in Nov. Of last year I signed up for the free membership and two weeks later I made the best decision of the year and went Premium.

I was really excited about the possibilities and was gung-ho for about the next 3-4 weeks. I have a website with some content and then procrastination crept in and I have been chipping away, now and then, with a little more work.

Now, don't get me wrong, I am still excited about the possibilities and I know that there are a lot of GOOD people out there that want to see me succeed. I also know that if is is going to happen it is up to me.

That brings me to the "HAPPY NEW YEAR" part. I'm not going to make any "New Years" resolutions because in my heart I know, that for me, that's not the way to go. So, instead I want to set, What I hope are realistic goals for me. I work 3 days a week, Mon, Tues, and Thurs, 10 am-6 pm. That leaves me with Wed, Fri. and Sat. and part of Sunday to use for developing my website. So because this is the beginning of a New year which signifies, for me, a new beginning:

- my one and only goal, right now, is to take 4 hours of each of the first 3 days and 2 of the Sunday to work on My website. I will break that down into segments for. (in no particular order):

1. 1 hour looking after my notifications. If I don't get to them all then so be it. I will pick the ones that I think are important to me and skip the rest until am finished my 4 hours.

2. I will try to spend at least 1 - 1 1/2 hours writing content and researching my niche.

3. I will spend whatever is left of my 4 hours doing the lessons.

I know that there are others in WA that are in the same boat as I and I don't need to know who you are. But if you are struggling with commitment and procrastination, the only way you and I are going to get through it is to make up our minds to............. "JUST DO IT". That is the only way. That IS the only way.

I have a few more things to say but I think you get the point.

To all of you I hope 2016 is a great year for you and a special thanks for all those who have helped me when I needed it. Happy New Year to all.

Happy New Year!

All the very best wishes for moving forward :)

Hello and good thinking but as you get more into it you will find that you will need to devote twice the amount of time - really as it takes mr three hours to answer all the emails !!!

Axactly my point. I'm spending too much time looking after them when I need to spend more time growing my site.
