Life's Setbacks
Some of you may have noticed that I haren't been around at all for the last 2to3 weeks. That is because on the 15th of May I had, what they are calling, a Miocardial infarcsion. That's right, I had a little heart attack. But we caught it in time and after quatdruple, yup that's right...4 of them, bypass. I am now recouvering in hospital and I feel like I have been hit by a truck.
Something, like this, happening, really was the farthest thing from my mind but , then, why not, am I better than anyone on the planet. Hardly think so, the rain falls on the just AND the unjust, everyone gets an equal share. We get good things and bad things.
Granted, many of us get a lot more good than bad but, so what, those that do have probably worked for it, hopefully in an honest way.
I guess the bottom line is that even though I, and my wife, (God bless her), have to go through this I think we'll both be better on the other side. We will get through this and then we move forward, and besides, I have been whining about not having enough time towork on my site . Now I have 2 and possably 3 months to do this.
Thank you for reading this blog, God bless, and lets keep marching toward the goal.

Yes, into everybody's life a little rain must fall. The wife has been amazing and the puppies are wondering what happened to dad. Acoulp of more days an I will be home
Best wishes to you, and use your recovery time as a blessing. More time to spend on your site, and a blessing that .. bad things happen so that worse things can't occur ! ..
Get better soon. Jan
That is absolutely right Jan. We were planning a little camping week away but could not get a reservation. Just immagine what the outcome could have been. Scarry thought
Take your time in recovery. Your system must have needed a break from something/everything and told you in the only way it could.
Im glad to hear you're in recovery, long may it continue.
All the best. J
Sorry Emma, PLEASE forgive me. I must still be a little out of it. Noisy in the hospital and havn't been sleeping well.
Haha! I've been called many names before- Critter, Emmy, Ema but never Meggan :)
No worries, you just get yourself better!
Yes, Wayne but let's march a bit slower than we were. It is not a race, we are journeying together, Right well now I have given you your telling off, let me say, I am so sorry, this experience must have been so awful for you and your wife. You have come through it together thank god, so now you can concentrate on getting better, taking things easier and enjoying yourself doing a little writing. Have a good weekend full of smiles.:-))
