In Google searching I could find no mention of a limit of 5 POP accounts, but I did find an older post stating another type of limit. See screen print below...

It is indeed 5 as a limit and I have another solution where I will be redirecting unlimited Gmail accounts to Webmail instead.
Working on it right now..

Hi there,
I am about to use Facebook for 10 of my niche sites (completely different niches). I have done my research for some tips and tools to use to get the best result
One Fan/Business page per niche.
Don't use Google Images. You will find yourself in a copyright conundrum eventually if you do.
I don't automate, everything is done manually.
Focus on one site until it works. 10 sites is impossible for one person to manage.

I am working on that mate :)
At the end of the day I will stick with 10, but for now, I want to test 50, so I could see what works, what's not.. Even if the rest 40 will bring me $50/month that would be completely fine :)

There are numerous tips and suggestions offered in the training and blogs that are shared here at WA that most definitely would answer your questions for you.
As for rules in any social media, you need to read their rules and be aware of any changes in those rules at all times in order to keep from having your account blocked or shutdown.
When using other's images in Pinterest, reading the tutorials you will learn what images to pin and how.
