Should you make one website for each product in your niche? Or is it better to put them all in one website?

Thanks for the info Jsakanee and marlinda that way ill be able to use my other sites for other products

I'm sure there are lots of products in every niche. You don't have to create a website just to promote one product. If you want to promote more than one product, that's cool.

I'd recommend creating product reviews for both and a roundup/comparison/list where you feature both (and more). For example...

If you're in a gaming niche and you promote headsets, you can create something like this..."Top 10 Gaming Headsets For Any Budget"...and have affiliate links for the 2 you're promoting (or even more).

Not necessarily. You should focus on building content for one product at a time though. That way you can keep it organized and direct your clients to the product without causing confusion. Also, make sure the two products are different.

So for instance, if you're promoting skin care and you want to promote two lotions choose one lotion that you're going to promote. This isn't to be confused with reviews. You'll do reviews o multiple products but then direct your reader to your recommended product. In this case, it would be the lotion.

Now let's take the skin care site as an example again. You might see an exfoliating scrub that you like. Then you can promote that product too.

Doing them separately will also prevent your site form coming off as 'salesy' because you're not going to have a bunch of articles promoting all these products with no content.

The 'Get Started Here' training covers this topic also. Check that out when you get a chance. There's tons of useful information in it.

Hope this helps :)

Will the visitor be more interested in the page or the post that is in your web content. Or should the pages only have photos that you are selling?

Posts have automatically added comments to it, got a date, are added to the Blogroll.

Pages are in a way static information pages. They don't contain publish or last update dates. Although it is possible to enable comments on pages, it is not so by default. It is therefore that Kyle has started teaching to mainly use posts for content.

Good examples of page content are:
- Evergreen content such as company info, mission, vision
- Contact page
- privacy policy and disclaimers.

About me can nowadays be a post.

Images can be on both / either.

I'd recommend using Pages for stuff like your Contact page, About page, and legal pages like a Privacy Policy or Terms, any landing page (whether it's for leads or sales), etc.

For Posts, it's great for all your articles. Way easier to keep them organized since you'll have Tags and Categories.

I think this is the way WordPress intended. Looks like it anyway, since comments are off for Pages by default now and they don't have blogrolls.

Both pages and posts can be added in the main menu in the same way, so there is no difference here regarding visitors. But posts also go to the blog roll and have date.

I have 70 pages so this is content just like 500 posts, no difference.

About photos, I assume you speak about some products which you review, put them in posts. Pages should contain more evergreen stuff, while posts are more personal-opinion based stuff.

pages are added to a menu on your main link bar at the top of your page. Post is added to your blog roll which is a list of posts added to one page. here is my link that explains it in detail.

The biggest difference is that you can't comment on a page. Also, pages show up automatically in your menu until you change the setting so that doesn't happen.

I'm pretty sure this is covered in the 'Get Started Here' training. So if you haven't already, be sure to check that out :) There's tons of information in there.

Hope this helps,
Marlinda

You can comment on a page, I have them 70 and all with comments, just allow comments for pages.
