This will not be the first time I have fasted. I practive intermittent fasting everyday.

I don't eat from 11PM - 4 or sometimes even 5 the next day, depending on how my body is feeling. When I do eat, It's plant based (no tofu or soy though) and delicious. I eat late sometimes so I have to sharpen this up, because this is what I have been builing up for...

Another long term water fast of 3 days, with the exceptions of organic Green Matcha tea and Turmeric Ginger tea which are completely natural detoxifiers that complement and support one doing this type of fast.

The last one I did was 4 days long, I also added pink himilayan salts to my water to retain my electrolytes and vitimans & minerals. I was doing so well with reintroducing foods until I made the mistake of buying a protein bar... Oh man ther goes the displine right there my friends.

I went through a sugary foods withdrawl, fortunately with no ill side effects but all it took was ONE BITE to remind myself old memories that are attacted to childhood and eating sweet things to distracts myself from the bad things that were happeing at the time.

SO with this knowledge of how true it is that sugar is as addictive as drugs such as cocaine, and all those coffee cartoons have taught me one thing - I will not let this affect my health or my future children's lives and their's too that will continue on. I have a plan, and it goes beyond my lifetime.

I am also doing this for a reason I am not sure why, but one of my best friends Fergus the kitten passed away yesterday in my moms arms, completely at peace knowing he is loved, and that we feel his love whether he is with us or not in this physical world. He meditated with the walls and trees, like he knew exactly what was going on. So I guess there is not really anything else to to at that point of knowing "what's up" cause really what else would there be to do? I feel right now like it's just an awareness I have gained from experiences, and nothing more.

Soon I will be certified for drone piloting and holistic nutrition & naturopathy. These goals in my life will take some time but in the end of it all, it will seem like yesterday and that is where I will be simply standing there with everyone human or otherwise I know and love, all smiling :)

All the best

Why water fasting? You lost me with this. Is it not harmful to the body?

Not at all, it is a very much misleading and hidden subject. We have been taught to believe that the body cannot heal itself without some kind of outside influence like foods (That we mostly do not need at all) and medicines that only make issues worse, like creating a whole new one for example which then needs another pill or pharma product.

I did much research on this, check out some people on youtube who have done 21 day fasts with incredible transformations from not just weight loss but psychological and cognitive too.

Here is one example - I'm sure you might not believe it's possible but this back in the 60's this helped a 27 year old man who weighed 456lbs with medical supervision and care if needed.

There is no video of this, but check out this link to his story -

This is all fine but my comment was about water.
