I have done a number of reviews, and I have 2 disapproved, but when I look at the product, I cannot see where I wrote a review for these 2 products. How can a track this down? If I didn't write a review, how do I get the disapproval removed?

Who's disapproving the reviews? I don't get it.

I’m probably missing something here, but are you posting reviews on other people’s sites as opposed to publishing review articles to your own website? Obviously when you publish your own review articles to your own website there’s zero chance of anyone not approving it because you’re the content creator. And it’s through these published review articles you draw traffic your site, build conversions, etc…

I am posting reviews on their sites, on articles they have published; and I have 2 that did not approve my site comments (review). I cannot find where I actually provided a site comment on their website. Make sense?

Ah.. I see what you’re saying now.
There’s an important difference to understand between site comments and site feedback though. With site comments, you’re not being asked to review their site. You’re actually being asked to leave a relevant comment on the content of the article. Google sees comments and engagement on your website as a sign of authority, so we have Site Comments here as a way to drive that engagement up.

So as an example, if the article is about chess, the Site Comment you leave should be one that asks something specific about the article the same way a chess lover would ask a question after having found that article through a search.

Site feedback on the other hand is where you give feedback on their site, like a review.

Back to your question, usually when a Site Comment is disapproved the author of the article will leave a reason as to why they disapproved it. The actual comment you left never made it to the website because it was held for review and didn’t make the cut, in this case probably because it wasn’t relevant to the article and instead was reviewing the site.

The best way to contact Kyle is on his home page. He answers quicker there and he should be able to fix it for you.

Hey Terry. That's interesting. Well, I wrote directly to Kyle once about something that others told me couldn't be solved. He fixed it for me a few days later. You could always write to him. He's obviously busy so might not respond right away. But he fixed something for me that no one else said could be fixed. Just an idea.

By the way, I think you do terrific reviews. You've commented on my site and what you wrote was fantastic. Just thought you should know.
