Who is your Favorite Motivational Speaker?

I love many that I have listened to including Jim Rohn, Les Brown and Tony Robbins.

Recently I have come across Gary Vee - Gary Vaynerchuk and love his stuff because he is straight forward and doesn't pull any punches.

I could do without him using the f word but besides that I am loving his thought process.

Have you ever heard of Him?

Look him up on Instagram, he's amazing!

Of the motivational speakers I've heard in person (a fair number of them) the one who most electrifies the audience is Marianne Williamson. Herewith, a few Marianne Williamson quotes:

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our Light, not our Darkness, that most frightens us."

"The practice of forgiveness is our most important contribution to the healing of the world."

"Love is what we were born with. Fear is what we learned here."

Good question. If you mean listening to someone strutting his stuff on stage, then Tony Robbins and Gary f-ing-V do it for me, but apart from that, I enjoy listening to Lewis Howes interviewing people on The School of Greatness on YouTube, and also Tom Bilyeu.

Another recommendation would be Evan Carmichael's YouTube channel. Thanks to Evan, I came across the retired navy seal, Jocko Willink:

"When something is wrong and going bad, you always just look at me and say, 'Good...' and I said, well yeah, when things are going bad, there's going to be some good that's gonna come from it..."

Riff on bad stuff delivering good result...

"If you can say the word "good," guess what: It means you're still alive. It means you're still breathing. And if you're still breathing, well now, you've still got some fight in you. So get up. Dust off. Reload. Recalibrate. Re-engage. And go out on the attack."

I love all of the speakers mentioned here like Tony, Les, Brian Tracy but at the moment Grant Cardone does it for me. He is just so brutally honest, no fluff, lots of common sense. I love his audio books read by him, he has got this particular sense of humour and his catch phrase is "Who's got my money?" When he starts to scream that, I just can't stop laughing

Everyone is sublime at their thoughts and experiences...We cannot name anyone, But if you ask me more intuitively, then I would say it's my heart, and one thought which I always carry in my mind and that is "Never Give up" till you are breathing. Motivation is the fuel we need to have randomly to get ahead more voluntary.
