In the same way I have been enjoying so far what I have seen and done here, I am getting a bit upset on my failed upgraded account.

I did it yesterday (UTC+01:00, European Time Zone), and the ambassador Nathaniell said me I should be reporting it to Kyle.

After doing that and get no response so far, I turn to you.
