I don’t know which is the more ideal way – certification and affiliate bootcamp together or certification first and go for affiliate bootcamp later? Or there is no thumb rule for it and one should decide according to one's familiarity with either of the two programs?

The first should be primary and then second when your ready.

I'm doing both together and it is working well for me. Give it a try.

I completed the Certification Course first, as I am working on my own niche website. I completeds ABC second. The ABC did fill in a few gaps (or maybe some things I missed in the early go around.I have been on a brief leave from WA as we have moved. I am going to go back and review the CC for the second time.

I would start with one niche. If it is promoting WA I would do the ABC. If is is my own niche I would do CC. But I would not do both from the beginning. :)

I started certification and then jumped over to bootcamp. I thought it best to go through certification first which I have now finished. I am now going through bootcamp. I think the difference is in whether you are promoting wealthy affiliate solely or have your own separate niche. Certification is more for your own niche and if you have little or no experience. Bootcamp for wealthy affiliate and maybe some experience.
Others may disagree but this is what I found. Jumping between the two confused me. Nothing new there.

My overenthusiasm took me inside the Bootcamp but I had to retreat. And decided it would be better for me to complete the certification first. I'll be promoting Wealthy Affiliate for sure but I need to learn how to do that first :)

It depends, I do it simultaneously. Now on ABC Phase 3 lesson, Certification also Course 3 lesson 2.

Both are actually quite similar except that ABC focuses more on promoting WA whereas Certification leads you to build the website of your own niche. I shall complete my ABC first before I go back to certification.

I tried to go simultaneously but in Bootcamp, I felt more exposed with my inadequacies. So, I went back my steps and decided to go for certification first to make myself more equipped. But there was this question lingering in the back of my mind whether what I'm doing is the ideal way or not. So, I think what you're implying is that it depends on person to person and it's all up to the person to decide which way would be easier for him or her.

I personally believe that I should take and finish the certification first for it lays out the basic foundation for me. But if you are more inept with the process, there shouldn't be a problem of doing the "bootcamp". More power to you, and you can be a good resource for a beginner like me!

I think I'll be more inept with the bootcamp at the moment :)

You go for the affiliate Bootcamp to qualify Las vegas Conference.

But I'm yet to get myself familiar with many things here in the certification itself. So, I thought I should go for the Bootcamp later.

It's ok. You can do that and the Bootcamp later.

If you want to promote WA then you will be prompted to change over to the Bootcamp, otherwise, continue with the certification. One at a time :-)

Thanks! I'm doing exactly that - continuing with the certification only as of now. Later on, when I get the hang of the whole thing or complete the certification, I plan to go for the Bootcamp program. I thought that should be the way because I needed to be more or less thorough with the many concepts here (all of which are new to me).
