Hello,

One of my Premium members that joined on the 24th of Oct. was not billed for Nov.,
therefore I didn't receive a commission on the 1st.

The member is still showing as a Premium member as of 12/2

Who do I contact about this?

Hi - as Abie has said, you need to contact Kyle. However, do be aware that a member will always show as premium, even if they have cancelled their subscription.
