I just wanted to find out if it is ok for me to promote my own training here at WA. Or is that considered spam?

The same people who read your blog posts should get notified about your training. Not much point in preaching to the choir.

Hi Marion. Yes you are right about that.

What I meant was is it ok for me to promote one of my own tutorials in a welcome message to new members? I know that this is a sensitive subject here at WA.

I am just trying to get a better idea of what is frowned upon here. I would in no way be promoting my website.

I can't see any reason why you shouldn't use the fact that you create some of the training here when you're welcoming a new referral. I can't remember if I've actually done that or if it's in a draft I've written. Anyway I think it's a good idea.

You can promote it, but if the training is for Premium, people can't read it, it will appear your WA affiliate link, I think they must read it to have the temptation to know more and join WA !

As long as it is related to helping folks and you don't link to a personal website, it should be fine.
