Yes. Indexing is good. Means Google has recognized your site. Now you will work on "ranking" which is appearing within Google search results for specific topics that people are looking for.

It is the most recognized domain name extension. .net and .org are pretty popular these days too. Per Kyle in the training:

"I always recommend that you choose the ".com" version of a domain if possible as they tend to rank the best, you could also purchase other variations of your 'brand' if you like, but it is not required." - Kyle

Hi Mark -- excellent question!

A (dot) com is recommended as outlined in the training for better SEO ranking to success.

Hope this helps answer your question, cheerio... :)

It sometimes can be and there are many factors involved.

Just go to the WA search bar and ask about .com importance and see how many others have addressed it and in different ways.

I personally believe that if your url is unique in a niche; yes!
If your url is mimicking in a market; No!

Hope that confuses you more lol

No really, with all the dots that are available sometimes it denotes what it is like .org , .gov or .tv
.com is usually commerce
That's my take! and I asked my editor!
