As one of my websites has contents written in French and in English, I would like to install a translator on it.. So where to get the Translator from?? And How to install it ??

You need a plugin for that, I like the
Google Website Translator by Prisna .net
but there are others too
Go to your dashboard>plugins>add new
search for transtation

Here you can see my plugin in action on the right top widget

I think many themes already have translators built in. You may want to check that if you haven't already.

Are you sure those are translating the website for the public? I know you can translate the theme and the back office, but those do not apply to the content on posts and pages
