When promoting WA, experienced members obviously have more they can offer potential newbies to attract them, like their success stories, screenshots of impressive earnings etc. I'm interested to know how you worked around this when you were still new, i.e. the approach in your marketing messages when you didn't yet have evidence of your success since people would prefer to join those they know are being successful.
