i have followed training videos and i have someone who is anxious to learn about wealthy affiliate, it could be my first referral but i might have missed something.

You have your own affiliate link under the airplane in the right corner. Then he needs to click YOUR link and it will take him directly to Wealthy Affiliates page. After he clicks your link, you get the credit for the referral, when he signs up, and you will keep getting credit as long as he is using Wealthy Affiliate. Someone I don't even know signed up under me...I was so thankful! Hope that helps!

He needs to sign up through your affiliate link. Click on the airplane up at the top you will see your aff link.. this is the link that you use to refer people or you can use other links click on the airplane and you will see a tab "links and tracking" you can use those links as well.

Hi Codevonish there should be an affiliate link underneath each lesson. Click on it and you should see two: one for your actual WA link and one for that particular lesson. Copy either and send it to your referral. Once they click on it, it would be linked to your account and you would get credit for it. Hope this helps, best of luck and hope you get through with it.
