The last few weeks I read here and there that there is a limit on unlimitted websites from 25 max.

That seems allmost unlimeted to me, but it isn't unlimited.

I have this on my websites, but is it true when I advertise with this ad?

I like to know for sure, can someone tell me?

It doesnot feel quite right to me if there is a limitation of 25 max.

Hi this still doesn't seem to have been amended on the Banner and does anyone know when it changed?

I have asked Kyle, he says 50 websites is almost unlimitted, most companies have a max from 5. They promissed to update it with the next adjustments, don't know what time limit you can place on that

Ok cool, 50 is certainly a lot, I'm sure that I'll never need that many myself and can't imagine the work involved trying to keep them all up to date. I just, as you, didn't want to be misrepresenting on my site.
Thank you.

to be totally correct, it's 25 siterubix.com and 25 owned (dot com/org/net) or something

iam sure they should change it anyway...

Thanks for bringing that up Loes. I wondered about it also but was so far from it I was not concerned yet. However if we advertise to potential members it should be correct.

That's how I think about it too, Marv

Thanks for bringing this issue to light. I don't want to place an inaccurate information in my website.
I will not have 25 websites, not even close.

If it is true there is a limited Kyle should spell it out. I am new so I don't know the answer

I also remember, at a lesson in training, Kyle did mention the limit of 25 sites. So I don't see the info presented in the Plan Comparison table right.

It used to be unlimited, but now it's 25 free and 25 of your own domain names. I guess the thinking is that if someone has 50 websites, they can talk to Kyle or Carson about the limits at that point. I don't know if anyone could actually manage 25-50 websites.

I had that many at one point, but had begun to host at various places so never actually hit any limits in WA.

But yes, it should be updated.

Thanks Nathaniëll, should I contact Kyle for that, or does he read this question too?

I'm sure he's aware, but if you want to call his attention to it as being urgent there's nothing wrong with letting him know your concern.

I have posted this question to Kyle for a reply, thanks Nathaniëll

It is 25 and 25 (total of 50). We will get this grid updated with our next website update, but 50 is more than any UNLIMITED host actually allow you (as they have very tight limits).

We put a limit in place because the few people that were beyond 50, were those that were actually abusing the system. You can run a multi-million dollar business on less than 5 websites, in fact 1 (just some perspective).

If you have more than 50 sites, then you will be on a dedicated host and making a significant amount of money online...so that is first world problems at that point.

I've never bought the "unlimited" factor here, so it's a non issue for me. However, I don't think the offering should be presented this way.

I appreciate the question and agree the banner needs to

be updated as it is misrepresenting the apparent facts.

I say apparent, as no, and I mean NO hosting provider can truly offer unlimited sites, bandwidth etc. It is just a marketing ploy.

Every container whether that be in the form of a hard disk, server or data centre has a maximum capacity WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

Likewise, the same containers have a maximum volume of traffic that can pass in and out of them at any one time (Bandwidth).

We have all heard about DoS (Denial of Service) attacks that have brought down major systems by generating surges in traffic effectively gridlocking the system. The same effect as gridlocks on our motorways.

I say this to you all, to just bare in mind if you think you need to host elsewhere to get this fictional unlimited capacity.

I guess it is used as we inevitably don't feel comfortable being hemmed in, so to speak by limitations.

However to properly manage 25 sites you would need to heavily outsource the work or just be replacing your 9 - 5 with a 6 - 24.

What then happened to the freedom that you sort from this business.

Food for thought!

Thanks, David

I guess people are so used to seeing this sort of information about without any real understanding, through no fault of their own. As for many it is lost in the techie black hole.

Although with WA I wonder if having a limit of 25 is also a potential issue. There may be members, especially newbies, or may be daunted by this, as it sort of gives the impression that you might need to have numerous sites to have a successful business. or why else would WA offer it!

Though the experienced and successful Marketers know that 1 successful site is all you potentially need to lead you towards an early retirement.

Dave makes a great point about it. A glass can only hold so much water. I personally am fine no matter if it is a limited number, identified as multiple or unlimited. I already know I can only do so much anyway. Too many websites for me - simply create too much follow-up if you are building a full website business. My plan was never more than 3 or 4 anyway.

Hello Loes, I think the graphic is wrong and need to be changed. You should contact Kyle or Carson. If I remember correctly it is like MarionBlack says: 25 dot com and 25 siterubix. I think they might have forgotten to change the graphics.

I think 25 websites is a lot. Several years ago I set up a whole bunch of Amazon affiliate niche sites. I didn't have as many as 25, but I still struggled to maintain them all. I think this was a big reason why I never made a big success of it, because I spread myself too thinly and never put a lot of time into each site.

The impression I get here is that it is much better to spend a lot of time on one site, and work on it until it is successful, then maybe expand and create another site, and so on.

In all honesty, if you get to a point where you have 25 successful websites, you can afford to buy extra hosting. You will have outgrown WA by then. Alternatively, if you have 25 websites and only half of them are successful, you can get rid of the unsuccessful ones. No need to have a bunch of unsuccessful websites dragging you down.

It seems that the "Unlimited" in that comparison chart is a white lie, to get people to sign up for Premium. They are probably hoping that by the time someone tries to make website number 26 they will be so far down the road to success that it won't even matter.

But the one question I have is this: do you really have more than 25 niches you think you can genuinely build websites for? I mean, REALLY???

I am sure we all agree that 25 Websites - is more than enough!

I am also sure that Loes is just asking this question to get clarity! :)

Hi, I joined VERY recently based upon unlimited domains/websites, and was not too worried when I went through the "get started here" programme that implied 25 domains.. I was not worried as this is an older tutorial, and I assumed (maybe incorrectly) that from a marketing position, WA decided to promote unlimited websites/domains as most of us would never get to 25 anyway, and unlimited sounds pretty terrific.
Reply
Loes Premium
Yes it sounds terrific, but WA claims to be transparent and honest, and I like to keep it that way

Hi Loes, it used to be unlimited but a few months ago (maybe at the beginning of this year?) it was changed to a maximum of 25 websites. I think that WA will host 25 (maximum) dot com websites and 25 (maximum) siterubix subdomains. I'm not certain about the subdomains. If you are hosting domains on behalf of clients I think that's OK as long as you don't try to exceed the 25 domains limit. I hope this clears things up for you. ~Marion

Hi Marion! -

Do you know if - we will soon get a new graphic to use!?
Reply
MarionBlack Premium
I don't know why the graphic hasn't been updated yet. Kyle answered a question on or around Aug 04, 2014: "You can absolutely have multiple websites. You can have up to 25 of your own domains hosted here within your Premium membership. Do know that it only takes one website to be very successful online, but if you want more we have you covered!" in response to a question. See the question and Kyle's response at:

davyrobot Premium
Thank you for that Marion!

I would agree that 25 Websites - could be called 'UNLIMITED'! :)

Hello Marion, that is the latest I've heard too - 25 dot com and 25 siterubix subdomains. But if the advertising has to be right. It has to be changed!
Reply
Loes Premium
No it doesnot Marion, I like to keep things tranparent and honest
Reply
DaisyB Premium
Maybe then the answer to changing the graphic is to say "multiple com and multiple siterubrix com. That keeps it honest (Loes point) from an advertising point. Maybe Kyle should respond here too and perhaps update the ads. Loes point reallymatters. I wrote unlimited in my review of WA on my site. Will go back and change it. Thank you Loes for asking the question. WA is the best training - ever. but accuracy does count in advertising.

Hi Loes, like you this question has been on my mind too. Not only do we not want to mislead anyone its good to know for our own selves.

Depending on what you're watching or reading (even from Kyle) some will say unlimited & others say 25.

An official reply would be great to settle the confusion, as at the end of the day it's Kyle & Carson that set the rules!
