I just went through a mess with Century Link. Please read the message I sent Site Support. Be careful.
First I want to thank you for all of your efforts in trying to help me resolve my email issue through my Century Link email provider.

Then, after many hours of phone conversations and emails to Century Link and Wealthy Affiliates Site Support, I have finally determined the issue and it may include other members of the Wealthy Affiliates community that use/used Century Link as their email provider.

Century Link's main server is through a company by the name of Synacor and Synacor is blocking all of the Wealthy Affiliate emails to Century Link email addresses due to SPAM content! This is not something that can be undone and was just recently initiated.

Per Century Link, the only way to receive emails from any Wealthy Affiliate website is to use a different email provider such as Outlook, g.mail, yahoo, etc.

I know this is inconvenient for everyone but hope others can avoid many hours of frustration.

Again, thank you for all of your help.

Johnny

Thanks Johnny! My thoughts are exactly the same as Jeffrey Brown's. I use CenturyLink for internet, but I don't use their email service. I certainly won't in the future. Thanks for giving us a heads up.

Wow, Johnny! I have outlook, thankfully, but the title of your blog caught my eye because I do have Century Link as my internet provider and have for several years with no issues! I didn't know they had an email service, but now I know not to use it! Thanks for this valuable "heads-up" and I hope that you get it all sorted out!

Hi Jeffrey, I did, I changed my email address on my WA account to outlook and it is working fine. My wife and I spent four days between Century Link and Site Support here at WA. Century Link tried to blame WA, but as you can see the issue was with Century Link banning WA the whole time. It took them four days to figure something out their company caused. It was a mess. johnny

I completely understand, Johnny! My internet service with them is great, but God forbid you should move. It is like moving a mountain to get anything done smoothly!

Our internet with CenturyLink is REALLY SLOW, but we don't have any other choice. Being in the rural Colorado High Country, we are lucky to have it at all, I guess.

I'm sorry to hear that, Rhonda! I haven't had any problems with them here in Northeast Kansas, though I know other who have!
