I know that it doesn't make sense for an existing member to get a money back guarantee for upgrading to the Black Friday Special.

But what about new members who purchase through our promotional Campaigns?

Thanks.

Edwin

They don't offer a money back Guarantee however the co-founders are not horrible people and would consider a money back I doubt occurs.

Like any Black Friday deal in all essence in any sale there is a policy that says no refunds on sales same as buying on the high street.

They have starter membership for as long as they like so if people sign up they have enough time to opt in or out.
Honestly there shouldn't be any queries on this at all. It is common sense on all sales.

Yes, there is a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscriptions that are over 30 days, like the 6 months or yearly (Black Friday Included).

Any sales made in November for Black Friday will be paid January 1st. Sales made in December for Black Friday will be paid February 1st.

Good to know - are there any conditions attached to this?

I have actually made a mistake!!!🤔

I have checked it out and made some research and found this response from Carson last year:

Black Friday is a discount that we run once a year for 4 days only. It's a lower price for access to Premium - nothing in your account changes, you're getting access for 1-year for the lowest price we've ever offered. A "Guarantee" makes no sense at all for a discount - no there is not a guarantee.

But I think that it does apply to regular subscriptions. Let me get back to you on this.

I had seen a blog post a few days ago that was not from Carson or Kyle and it did mention money-back guarantee...

I have copied this from a blog that has been posted last week (From a member and not from Kyle or Carson) and that is why I had answered yes at first:

All yearly as well a Bi-Annual sales are held 30 days then paid on the 1st of the following month, unlike regular monthly sales that are paid out on the 1st of the very next month. The reason for this is that the Annual & 6-month subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back refund period & monthly subscriptions don't.

As you can see there is no mention of Black Friday... My mistake!

Sorry for the confusion!

It's me again! 😊

There seems to be a confusion between some members. I have done extensive research and here are some answers I found from previous years:

"Since WA has a free starter membership, people can try it out without even using their credit card so there's no need for a money-back guarantee for any of the paid membership offers including Black Friday."

Here is another one:

"There is no 30-day money-back guarantee but there is a 30-day hold on the funds before you can receive them. This is to make sure the funds are available for you to receive them, just like a bank will place a waiting period on any check you deposit before you get that money."

So my first answer was totally false!

I had read last week in a blog that there was a money-back guarantee, but I guess it's a hold on funds being disbursed only. Not a money-back guarantee!

Again sorry for the confusion!

This is cool - we all learn from mistakes and get things cleared up.
I really can't see any reason for a MBG where the onus is on doing the work.
Let's be honest here if you do lesson one - you've already succeeded to a certain degree.
Peeps can hardly expect a MBG if they don't succeed - far too many variables come into play.
Thanks for clarifying - I'm going with "no guarantee".

🤪 I feel a little stupid right now. I should've did my research prior to answering 🥴

You know I have often wondered what peeps are. It's not a common expression in my part of Australia.

So if you are a peep, you are either a zombie or vampire, marshmallow or person. Although I presume it is person, sometimes a zombie/vampire made of marshmallow would be fun!

Haha - too funny.

In my comment I am referring to two or more peeps (persons/people).

My daughter uses the phrase and it sounds rather sweet and endearing coming from her.

The whole idea is it saves a millisecond in typing - unless of course someone comes along with imaginary or supposed marshmallow vampires and then one has to spend 20 minutes thinking of and typing out an answer. ;)

You're not charged for Black Friday.
Edwin is asking if anyone who signs up under a member's campaign to take advantage of the BF pricing is given a "money back guarantee".
I can't imagine they are.

No they don't - its impossible to provide a guarantee for a product where the success is reliant on the individual doing the work
