I’ve been trying to get in contact regarding to cancel my premium membership but not sure where to email.
The payment for renewal was taken out of my bank account on the 11th of May without receiving any email before that, I’m no longer using the website, haven’t logged in for the past 8 months I think, only yesterday to message Kyle about this.
Im getting no reply from anywhere so I thought I may ask here you might be able to help if like to cancel my premium member and also I’d love to get a refund who should I write to?

It is up to you to cancel the subscription. Click on your profile picture and there should be account setting there to do so. On the magnifying glass at the top, type in Kyle, then click and send him a PM. Hope this helps!

I can cancel billing or remove account but I can’t see cancel premium membership🙈

I'm not totally sure, but I believe cancel billing will remove the Premium membership. Also, if you have a site that you need to move, I would do that, as well, because it will ultimately be lost. Keep trying to reach Kyle as well!
