My question is, if I cancel or put my membership on hold for a while, will I have to start all over again with a brand new website when I rejoin WA (at the Premium level)?

Back up your website first. You'll have 30 days from when you cancel your membership to move it to a new host. When you come back you can resume from where you left off as long as you've got it backed up. http://wealthyaffiliatetv.com/back-up-wealthy-affiliate-website ~Marion

That makes sense. I may just stick it out in the end. It's just that I've been a member for 4 months and have not made one sale yet. I was starting to get a little frustrated. I will most likely stick it out a while longer. I promised myself I will give this a year and that's what I'll do.

I believe that if you cancel you will lose it all. Yes you will have to start over.
