I would stick with branding yourself on your domain! I assume you'll have multiple clients you work with, so it wouldn't make sense to make your client's website as your domain name.

l would recommend you to choose your own brand domain name.

Without knowing too much about it, it would seem logical to use your publishing company name as that will be your identity going forward.
