No, because WA is not willing to modify the DNS records with the appropriate redirections necessary.
Well that sucks. If they would just create a mail client I could put on my phone it would solve everything.
You should be able to use the mail settings from a non-forwarded address is any other email client - you don't have to use ATMAIL.

To make your website without using Wordpress or a content management system there are lots of different ways. You can use a WYSIWYG editor and then upload it to your website using an FTP program like Filezilla or logging into your cpanel/ then click file manager and then clicking upload if you do not want to use an FTP program.
You can go into your Cpanel on your site and go to File Manager. Make sure you have the Public HTML folder open and then use the HTML editor and edit the page right there and hit save. When you click save it is live and ready to go.
There is a lot more than can be covered here but that is two easy ways to do it.
