Rejuvenation
I've taken my first real vacation. By real I mean no computers, no phone calls, no looking at my smart phone to answer text message, and no books. Just family time. Spending time with my son, his wife and their children in Baltimore Harbor was a real blast! No schedules just grand children.
Upon my return, I've created 3 new pages that should have been done several months ago. I didn't realize how burned out I was and a "break" is really what I needed to regain my focus on this journey. This is one to not give up on. You can push it aside for a while but it keeps tugging at you to get to work!
I've also begun working out in the gym again. Exercise has always kept me focused and sharp and I feel it coming back again! I say all of this to say, it's alright to take a break for rest and rejuvenation. It's a much needed ingredient to all of our successes.

I wish all who have never felt rested and rejuvenatEd, fight to experience it. It's worth it.
A break away from everything can be much-needed 'medicine' which helps us to get back on track :)
Absolutely!
