Would you recommend going through the Affiliate Bootcamp right after finishing the Entrepreneur Certification course or would you recommend going through the Entrepreneur Cert cour

I would recommend doing all the starter lessons first and then the boot camp.

If you don't have a niche in mind, then yes. I think the starter is a bit easier and gives you the feel of what you will need to get a website up and running. I built my niche site and then went through bootcamp to enhance what I already knew.

I already have my niche website up and well on its way. Did you find it difficult to keep up your posting for your Niche site while you were trying to build your affiliate site?

It honestly all depends on you and your current lifestyle. If you doing online marketing full time and you have the time frame to work on more than one niche at a time, then I say go for it. If you have a normal everyday job, and you only devote X amount of hours per day/week to your online business then I might suggest you wait. Focus on your main niche site. It might take months depending on your time schedule. Once you are comfortable and seeing a static profit margin, Then you may considering taking on a second niche.

This of course is just my opinion and advice. You may do as you wish :)

I myself have a normal part time job where I work weekends. Then I spend my week days doing non-stop online business work. I have around 25-30 niche markets. Pushing out strong content, and keeping all the sites updated is no simple task.

All I can say is.. Go at your own pace. Do what is right for you at your current time. If you think you can handle 2 at once.. Go for it. But just make sure that your main (first) niche site is doing well. If you start to see declining stats.. I would back off the 2nd and focus on the 1st again.

Cheers, and Best Wishes

I waited till my niche site was getting some good traffic and making conversions. I still post on it twice a week. But it can be difficult.

Great advice. I think I'll start the boot camp course while I continue to build my current Niche site. If I start feeling overwhelmed then I'll cut back on the hours I spend on the boot camp. My emphasis will be on the Niche site.

How do you manage 25-30 niche sites? That is a lot of work! :)

Well, I've been doing this for over 7 years =) So, I have my busy times, and slow times.

I don't have that many niche sites. I have 2 niche and one WA/my writing services site

I don't think there's a right or wrong I have my niche in mind and am collecting as much info as I can on that niche before I start the entrepreneur course but meanwhile I'm having a ball on the affiliate boot camp whatever you decide all the best.

That sounds like a great plan for you. You should be able to build your niche site quicker since you will have completed the training for the affiliate boot camp.

Hi Valerie,
I agree with Dick, there is not right or wrong. This is what I did and worked for me: started with Entrepreneur Certification Course 1 and I was attending from Lesson 1 to Lesson 5. Then I thought I should beggin my Affiliate site, so I started Bootcamp Course 1 until Lesson 10. After that I continued Entrepreneur Course 1 until the end and now I am attending Course 2, Lesson 6.
This worked very well for me.
Regards,

Mike

Thanks for your comment. I have already completed the Entrepreneur Cert course and I see the advantages of having an affiliate site, but I don't want to get too distracted from continuing to build out my niche site. Maybe I'm looking for some time management advice....

Do not thank me Valerie, as a community we must share our experience with other members. As I told you before, it is only my experience in this case.
Best regards,

Mike

If you are not sure about a niche, you can do the Affiliate Bootcamp and see if that is something that you would like to promote. It's your personal decision. I went through both and learned a great deal of information.

Thanks for your advice. I'm thinking that going through the affiliate training will also help me review the information I learned in the Entrepreneur Course and I can apply everything I learn to both sites.

Hi Valerie,
While there is no right or wrong, Kyle and Carson suggest you go thru the program in the given sequence. But you can never go wrong in reviewing. Just don't get hung up in constant review. You are doing great. Onward.....Dick

Thanks for the advice. I just want to see how other people are dealing with creating content for two sites simultaneously. I don't want to get stretched to thin.

Do you find Twitter helpful for bring more traffic to your site or do you find that it is more trouble than it is worth?

For me, Twitter is not very helpful. I do tweet, but I don't think it generates any traffic. I think it is useful for people who use twitter a lot socially. Google + is the best for me then Facebook and Pintrest.

Thanks for your insight. I guess I will have to try it out and see if it is something I want to use going forward. I will give it a test.

Very effective for me, anyway. I get some really great backlinks. Here's some training I did today You might also look at some of my other blogs on my twitter successes!.

Ah there you are Jean, this is why I was looking for your training! :)

I figured it was!

Thank you for the link to your training on Twitter. I will look at it and see if it is something I might want to use for my website. I've never been on Twitter and so I don't know the best, most effective way to use it. Thanks for the link to your training.

You're welcome!

I used to hate it but now I know how to use it it's good for getting traffic.

A member did some training recently, I'll see if I can find it.
