Hey Vince!
Have you tried editing your site with the mobile filter option? I have done this a few times and it can help you see if it is just on your phone, or if it is an issue with the website itself.
To do it, log in to your website's editor and try to load a live preview within the appearance tab. If your theme is mobile-friendly you should see buttons on the left-hand menu to edit the appearance on mobile devices (or some icons that let you know the live preview is for computers, tablets, or phones). You could try to fix the problem from here.
If everything looks fine, try deleting your phone's browser caché and reload your website. That could also work. My final trick is to try to delete your website's caché, you can do it here within the WA platform. Go to the website menu on the left, click on the view details button of your website, and under the site speed details you should see a blue button that says clear cache, just click on that.
If you've done all of the above, I would contact site support here at WA. They respond really fast and they will help you solve the problem.
Hope you can sort this out soon,
Majo
I am trying to log into access Jaaxy from WA and it brings me to a login page and says I do not have any account and therefore I need to make one. I have been using it since st
It's still working for me...
I'm assuming your clicking through WA - Research.
I would try logging in-out WA and clearing your browser cache and if it still continues, raise with site support

Hello friends! I was wondering how I can change the text on the circled link when I send my website to people? It should say "Fresh Steeps - The Place to Learn About Tea" but i
I'm not sure, Vincent--but I'm hanging on to see if you get a suitable response! You may also try site support to see if they might be able to help!
Stay safe!

It looks like the site name is not what you expect. If you are using the All In One SEO this can be changed on the General page. The site name can also be changed by going to Appearance>>Customize
I appreciate the comment. Unfortunately, the site name is already changed and I am still seeing this issue. Any other thoughts?

Hello friends! I want to setup an email list for people visiting my site. I was wondering how I can do that? Is that something I can do via WA or do I need to set it up another
No you need to pay for an autoresponder such as Aweber or Getresponse. Decide what autoresponder you want to use before starting to build a list because you cannot import your list to another autoresponder without another optin. This is because of data protection laws
I thought this might be the case. Thank you for the info and suggestions! I will look into these.

When I am writing my "keyword rich content", how many times should I be including my keyword? I know we have been taught to not oversaturate the content with it, but also how m
@TaylorFisher got a professional answer for you. I practice 3 - Title, first paragraph and last paragraph.
I normally include in the first and last paragraphs. Also, in the middle, if I can comfortably do so.
In my work as an SEO Strategist, we aim for no more than 5 times, or once every 150-250 words. Also, make sure to use a few variants, which usually occurs naturally. For example, if your keyword is "lactose intolerance" you may also use phrases such as "allergic to milk", "milk allergy", "lactose sensitivity" and the like. That way Google understands not only the primary keyword you are trying to work for but the overall category your content belongs in.
