What makes memorable experience
What makes memorable experience
We all have mixed memories. Some are good and maybe some are not so good.
Most of us would agree that having good memories makes us feel all warm and gooey inside.
The good ones bring a smile and set our minds and feelings up for a better time in the present.
Yet, most people remember the bad things easier than the good.
My suggestion is that, now, in the present, you create good memories to store in your happiness bank for the future.
What happens now becomes the past when we get to the future.
Lock in those good memories to help you in the future. Make the most of now and all the little and large things that make you happy now.
Be pro-active and create those memories, now by creating those happy experiences.
Future proof your own (and other people’s,) happiness.

I really like this approach. I'll make a deposit in my happiness bank tonight.
It's also good to keep in mind that bad memories fade over time and good memories don't (for me at least).

Thanks Erica.
It is true what you say. There do seem to be people who appear to have no good memories and I wonder whether they took the time out to make them.
Those light bulb moments and the smile of a child. We need to allow ourselves to have those cherished moments.
Great idea!
There is nothing like a full emotional bank account!!!!
Thank you for your post.
I hope you are blessed with many memorable moments that bring a smile to you face.
