Do it Right for the Best Benefit
Exercise classes can be really beneficial, especially for those of us who sit screen-watching for some hours every day.
We need to get up and move around and loosen up our muscles and points, or we risk one day being frozen in that sitting position for ever: just joking.
There is one thing about all forms of exercise that is really important; we need to do it correctly. Even a few minutes of correctly done stretching or aerobic exercise etc. can give an enormous boost to our energy levels and mental clarity.

Great reminder, especially since when we read your post, we are likely sitting and most likely have been sitting for some time!
Maybe I should go get one of those are balls to sit on while I work on my WA material or a stand up desk.

Thank you. My core needs strengthening. The Pilates balls will help with that as I work!!!

That is so true, I don't actually exercise but I do get up and clean house. I will work for about 30 on WA then get up and clean a room.
