How do you create that subscriber box on your page... I seen someone with that on their page.. i need one!
If you want to just have people subscribe to your blog, you can do it for free with Feedburner. There is a training here on WA that is very helpful. https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/using-google-feedburner-for-e-mail-subscribers
They will get an email each time you make a post.
You'll find most people use a third-party service. If you don't fall foul of their exclusion list, you can start with free services such as MadMimi http://www.madmimi.com However, do check their excluded categories at https://madmimi.com/legal/terms as if you breach their terms they're likely to delete your lists without warning and threaten you with a $250 fine! There's training on setting up and using MadMimi here:

I'm with GVO but I don't know to get that subscriber box from them
I'm afraid I've never heard of them. The most "likely" scenario is that they provide you with an embed code you add to say a Text Widget and it displays the email sign up form. You'll need to look at their tutorials on the GVO site. :) Rich.

I'm not to creative when it comes to websites.. need help with making everything neat.. can't seem to post anything on the home page. oh what to do?? lol

This was my problem when I just started. It's hard to think of something that is not your cup of tea. What I did was, I keep going with the lessons (until now I still do), go back and forth to my website, add a little bit of this and a little bit of that each day. Taking a few baby steps everyday helps a lot. I also see to it that I look into other members' websites or shop around the internet and try to mimic what others are doing. You can find a lot posted within the profiles. In essence, just do everything you can. And whenever you're stuck, let us know specific questions so that you can be helped. You can't expect a perfect work of art in just one sitting. Eventually, your website will evolve into a functional one everyday! No worries. We care about your success! Cheers!
Awww thanks.. I'm not giving up... I been up every night up to 3am in the morning trying to figure it out.. i figure out the home page! lol... but thank you very much for your comment.

Wow.. I just figured it out today... its the create form on my GVO account. Great stuff
