You may find Jay's training here: Using Jaaxy Like a Keyword Research Ninja! to be most helpful.
To answer your question, personally... I would use that keyword. However, DO watch Jay's training BEFORE jumping into using that keyword, in case Jay shows you a BETTER option that could prove most useful.
