I got a referral from ,y Facebook page she signed up and immediately upgraded. I don't see her as a signup under me or commission from her up grade.
You will see an e-mail and then also the update in the stats. Might take a few hours.

Click on the airplane up at the top there will be a tab "referrals" You should see your referral in their. Premium and starter..
