I notice it's not a good idea to change title on my post. But I figure if I could copy the content to MS Word, delete the post, and make a new one and paste the content there. t

You don't have to go through that process. you can simply change the title and your rankings/indexing will not be affected. I hope this helps :)
But some people here says I shouldn't change my title coz first the URL won't change, and Supposedly google run its searches based on URL.
yeah the url won't change but it'll appear when someone clicks on it. If you really don;t like your title then delete your post, and shift it over to a new one with your new title. It'll be ranked and indexed as new piece of content :D

I need you guys to comment on my niche before I decide to buy my own domain name. So my niche is for student/ low wage worker to save money and paying off debt. I welcome for al
I think this niche is very useful, because personally, I am about to go to college and before I found this website, I was worried about finding money and handling debt, So i think you should really do it because we need more sources to look at for help, and yours could possible be the best one, let me know when you start it because I still need some help.

I think a domain called save money would be about ways of saving money and generally being better off, so I think it would work

It seems as though you might have more to write about if you target more than one type of person. For example, Students can be one category or menu tab, then another for those who are changing careers, then one for families etc, so you can address their specific needs and concerns.

Bad debt is an excellent niche as is how to improve your credit. It depends whether you're going to incorporate it into a student website or just a bad debt site

I have one niche in mind for now: apartment tenants who looks for solutions to infestations (bed bugs, mice, fleas, ect). I asked several people but they said no one will see my
Thanks guys for the help. The point is that I want to come up with niches that are discreet in nature that they are embarrassed to look for solutions outside, so they turn to internet, like having bed bugs, crab lice, stuff like that.
you can't have a sex toys site here at WA, but it does not stop you having one yourself. That would mean paying for your own hosting. It is and always will be a very profitable niche.
i think you very much have to go for an evergreen niche, one that has problems again and again. Being interested in something or passionate about it is vastly over rated. Not every niche is equal in terms of profit. Some niches like make money online and self help make way more than a recipe site for instance. You are looking fro a niche with passionately irrational people, ie they will keep buying. Your interest is irrelevant. Make the first one pay and use it to fund other ventures if that's what important to you.
Hi I wouldn't think about how popular it will be, i would think about something that you are passionate about, something you want to learn more about.. something that you will enjoy writing about :-) If you can't think of a niche, you can do the bootcamp and promote wa for now, you can always do another site with a niche later,,, don't spend too much time struggling with it.
You could do a whole niche designed to speech to young renters. Not just infestations, cause no one wants to find those things till its too late. Rather if your site covered everything to do renting, then it could be provided them under a heading under a head such as; protection. Your success is more based on branding and marketing than your niche.
From my understanding... You can't host a site on WA involving such niches... No sex, porn, etc...
