I have just uploaded another training video, but something I completely forgot about, again, was to add subtitles/captions to it.
I'm going to make sure that future videos include these, and I'll try and get this one uploaded again, once added.
However, before I do, I wonder if you could help me?
What Background and Foreground Colour do you prefer when you see captions on videos?
I.e. a Black Background with White Text?
I really would appreciate your thoughts on this, as it will help you absorb the information at the end of the day. The last thing I want is for it to be too glary or not bold enough etc :-)

Black text is the obvious choice for white background, but I assume you will not have many white backgrounds.

My friend is legally blind, but can still see enough to read his smart phone. However, he has to invert the screen, so it shows white letters on black background. I think the greater the contrast the easier it is to read!
