To create a Video, do I need an External Mic connected to my PC. I wasn't sure if the PC would have an Internal Mic for me to be able to do this. Thanks.

I do always prefer my external mic because I personally find the sound is much clearer.

The mic in laptops for sound quality is not the best. For the beginner practice is ok. The best for your presentations is an external.

You can use the one on the computer to start but will probably want to upgrade in the near future.

The Microsoft cam I have has a mic built in. If there is a camera built in to your computer, it probably has a mic too.

I have used simple iPhone earphones with mic with reasonable quality. The only problem they don't reduce background noise.

So far I have only used it from my laptop, but it takes unfortunately also a lot of noise as it does not scar particularly directional. I must have a completely different setup when I become better at making videos. especially my hangout has a slightly bad sound

The mic sound quality on my laptop is poor so I plug in an iPhone headset with ear plugs and mini mic.

You want the best for your presentations, so an external good quality mic is best. Don't skimp on the video recording either.

Yes you do. The mic in laptops for sound quality is not the best, in fact most suck. And what many people do not realize is the sound of your video is the most important element.

You could have the best visual video on the planet, if your sound sucks most people will not watch it.

The setup I have is a Blue Yeti Mic on a mic stand

The Blue Yeti is great - I backup Leo's info on this one. Other alternatives are the Audio Technica 2020USB or if you don't have great acoustics or a lot of noise in your recording room a Shure SM58-X2u will work good as well (it tends to be more directional and filter external noise better than condenser mics).

I would search online for a good quality mic on line because they will be cheaper than in store mics

Hey Prince, if you have a laptop, most of them have built-in microphones. If it's a desktop, you can use your sound settings to test if there is a built-in microphone. If nothing registers when you speak while doing the test (and you are sure that all the volume settings are raised), then you probably need an external mic.
Best Regards,
Jim

Also, if you have a video camera already built-in to your workstation, there should be a mic as well.

It does have an internal Mike but the sound quality is very low, You need to buy an external Mike and a good one at that
