Hello Business friends,
How is everyone doing? I have this question that needs answer. I know that if you make a video for YouTube with its brand, you can post them on other social media platforms but it will get be scrutinized as I have read on a post here by one of our helpful members. My question of concern is, if I create a video and brand the same video differently for each social media platform, what would be the problem? Will that be considered a duplicate content in the eyes of Google? Any legitimate answers are welcome. Thanks!

Google technology is currently unable to read video content so is unable to detect duplicate videos.

I thought that google could tell. But I guess if you take the same video and change the wording hashtags around as AbieAj had said, then it'll be ok. It makes sense. Thanks for the input friend. All the best!

I recomnend subscribing (free) to ‘Google Search Herald’. Various Google spokesmen answer SEO questions (including John Mueller who is well known). Sometime in the last 6 months he answered a question on this. He clarified that Google is unable to read videos.

This is why I go through the questions people post- very useful answers for a social media newbie. I also went through that training, I think it was by Israel.

Question and answers much appreciated, guys, have a blessed Sunday 💪

And as long as it is listed as Creative Commons on YouTube you should be ok.
