33 YEARS AGO - My parents got married and today they celebrate!
I just wanted to share with you guys that today, September 26, 2018, my parents are celebrating their 33rd anniversary of being together. They started their journey back in 1985 and today we had dinner as a family.
Even though I have good and bad memories, I prefer to focus on our present and how I see my parents today. All couples have their ups and downs and my parents are proof of that. I wish them many more years full of happiness and health.
I would like to congratulate all the couples here at WA and share with us "how many years" of marriage you and your partner have? your parents have?
A marriage is like a roller coaster, where THE COMMITMENT to one another is YOUR SEATBELT... The crazier the ride gets, the stronger the commitment has to be!

Congrats to your parents on their anniversary!
My husband and I just celebrated our 10th anniversary in August, although we've been together for 16 years total. It's amazing how quickly time flies!

Reading this made me smile - I thought "WOW... that's a great celebration." 35 years is a long time and it's nice to read about. As I read the date, I realised that I celebrated my own 31 year marriage last week too. Congratulations to your parents Victor - if they're anything like me, the time has gone very fast.
