Howdy all WA Rock stars!!!
It's Friday morning here in New Zealand and when I got up this morning I had something in my head I needed to listen to.
Weary - mistakes are made
It might have been a really bad mistake that could have cost me credibility but lucky for my mind, I was saved
Yesterday, I was a little weary but determined to finish my tasks as always so I wrote a review in Site Content.
I had previously created 7 pages for my 2nd site which looked great and now it was time to do another review.
Now for some of us reviews are tricky and this one was going to be a challenge even though my research was all complete.
I had my title, my paragraphs all set up so off I went filling in the gaps as you do.
Then it was publish and edit in WordPress as per normal, however when I went to WordPress to edit, instead of editing I just added my post to the menu and published.
No keywords, no spell check or grammar check, nothing was complete.
Lightbulb Moment
When I was having my morning coffee, I was thinking about my day ahead and all of a sudden I get this message, go check your review.
When I looked at it on my website I was Shocked!!!
You are kidding me!!! Did I really do this?
Hmm, Too tired to work - So silly!!!!
Corrections complete
Thank goodness I have now fixed everything and it looks professional and ready to go but man did I feel silly.
Imagine visitors arriving to read it with all the errors etc. Talk about my credibility going down the toilet!!!
Be aware if you are weary the mistakes can happen
Balance
I also tell people how important balance is and I have now slapped myself about this.
Passion is amazing but balance is critical to our well-being and great production.

I've been tired pretty much all my life, and I've learned what my daily rhythms are. Usually good energy all morning, nap after lunch, okay energy for part of the afternoon, then BAM, done for quality work. Have been to doctors, it's not medical.
A quote I read once describes me I think. It was something like "a Cadillac chassis in a Ford body." That is like something my mother used to say to me when I was a kid, that my eyes were bigger than my stomach.

Most days I take a nap in the afternoon as well but lately, I haven't been doing this and I obviously need to with the debacle that could have been

Vicki, I am so happy someone caught this. I have done so many things when I am tired. I tend to burn the candle at both ends. Just yesterday, I was telling myself I am going to have to get more sleep. Five hours is just not enough.
So just last night I slept for 7 hours. Oh, how sweet it was.
Balance is not something I do well. I always tip the scale way too far one way.

Lol i have to laugh....in the past 2 months i have done the same exact thing not once but twice!!!
Luckly i have caught it both times within a few hrs.
But hey i am living on 4 to 5 hrss of sleep each night...so i just have to laugh..fix it..and move on to the next blunder 😂😋
