Happy 2019 WA awesome Business Builders and I hope all of you are settling into your routines and working towards those audacious Goals you have set for this year.

How much do you want it?

I watched a really great interview last evening and I got some really amazing nuggets from the interview

Mark said ' How much do you want it?"

This resonated with me as I thought about my WHY and how hard I plan to work to achieve this WHY as a result.

Mark said, 80% of people think about the money and how to make the money and spend the money and make more money... WRONG

Yes, money is important to everyone as it is a part of our life however if all you think about is the money you want, you are not doing the whole online correctly.

He went on to say- " It's the service you give, the genuine caring about what your visitors are looking for and how you can give them the BEST service time after time and this is when the true income will arrive.

If every time you write a post, you are just writing it to add more content, where is the value for your visitors?

Your content has to be powerful, honest and most of all helpful to the people who visit your site. If you do this, you will see the time people spend on your site go up and the subscribers, go up and, Yes, you got it, Your income go up, but 1st you have to give, truly give value to your visitors.

Are you adding value every time you post or are you becoming complacent with your content writing?

Mark's interview really inspired me and made me understand how in 6 months, I am doing the right process and its working.

The more value we add to help people the more we will be rewarded and I know when we are maybe living on a tight budget, our focus can be based around -How much money will I earn' and this is a natural thought to have, however, if you can change this thought and say to yourself

How can I better serve my visitors, and do this every day when you are working on content, then this is when you will see the true reward for all your efforts.

I Hope 2019 gives you the opportunity to give all you can to people online and help as many people possible as this is the Key to wealth

Yes, Vicki, this is very well said. I've come to notice that the most successful people value the service rather than the money. For any field, profession, and niche, people come to you for help and by providing the value behind the help, which is the service we provide, is the deciding factor in success.

Back when I worked as a personal trainer, I met a lot of great trainers, but I was the only one to outlast the other trainers I met and worked with, many of whom left after only a few months.

What was the difference?

I was always in the gym and it became my home away from home, so I became the trainer everyone was familiar with seeing, talking to, and confiding their fitness goals in.

I got to know everyone on a first name basis, where they worked, who their family was, and what kind of car they drove.

The result was the best four years of my life, and it wasn't high school; it was a job, a real job. Like a go to work for eight to twelve hours kind of job, a word that makes most people stress out and want to talk about something else.

While I definitely kept tabs on my finances, due to payments and other bills, money never got in the way of my passion, and it's why I lasted as long as I did.

So, what happened?

Why am I not a trainer now?

Well, just like you outlined; after four and a half years on the job, I wanted to maximize my worth, so I started looking for "money" positions in the same industry rather than sticking with the passionate part of the job.

The result was stress, stress, and more stress. You know, the stress in a job where someone's stomach turns merely thinking about the next day of work.

Well, that's what happened to me. In that job, the manager above me talked about money, making between $5,000 and $7,000 a month, but the regional manager constantly spoke, throughout the day of one thing: hitting the $20,000 sales goal in selling personal training per month.

If we didn't have a day booked full of potential clients, trouble brewed, because all he talked about was the $20,000 in training sales per month.

So, I turned and ran, ran as far as I could, hoping and praying I could reset time. Well, you can't reset time, but you can rediscover passion, and it's one thing WA taught me.

So, instead of thinking about money, I'm putting the passion, a little bit of my own soul, within my niche sites, in hopes of helping as many people as I can succeed in my one niche, and gain knowledge in my other niche.

Sorry about the long comment, but it's quite the story I'll probably talk about on my own WA blog.

I too worked for money many years ago and the pressure I was under from the guys at the top caused me huge stress and financial loss from it- Unreal how people think and good on you for pursuing your passion here in WA Todd.
