Yes, site admin always replied to my support tickets right away. Without their expertise I would not have been able to sort things out , my previous developer requested a considerable payment for him to move the site as it was not just a question of changing the name servers.
So, for the webhosting and the savings in moving my website, I have recovered the annual membership cost. All the rest is jam!!!
Off to continue bootcamp course now....
