T" Time Your Way to Success
Not to be confused with the refreshing drinkable tea...
Allow me to explain...
I'm reading this book on the impact of sugar in your diet, explaining - at great length - what sugar is, the different names and forms of sugar, how it effects our bodies, etc. She talks about the 4 T's to developing a diet of lower sugar "impact". Hmmm...
I immediately thought (okay, maybe it was more like a few days) of how that could translate to developing our online business here at Wealthy Affiliate. So, here you have it:
The 4 T's to Developing Your Wealthy Affiliate Business
Test: As with anything new, we need to "test the waters". The first part of testing would be in doing sufficient research on the different businesses; the second part is to determine which online business meets your needs and fits with your lifestyle and personality. Just because a particular business is good, doesn't mean it's good for you. And the last part would be to actually examine the business, or try it out. And wouldn't you know it...Wealthy Affiliate just happens to have a free 7-day membership that allows people to do just that!
Taper: This is defined as "to diminish gradually"; another way to look at this would be to do something less over a period of time. In coming to this platform, we discovered that there was a lot of information, for some of us, it was as if we had to learn a new language! I remember feeling and reading the word "overwhelming" quite often in the beginning stages.
In starting the Certification or Bootcamp, you may have had to "diminish" some of your other activities: perhaps cut back on how much TV you watched or engaged in social media; pass up overtime at your job; or maybe it was saying "no" more to requests from family and friends. In other words, adjustments were made.
Transition: To transition is "to go from one state, form, or place to another". With tapering, there was a gradual change, seeing what does and does not work. But with transition, you're committed to making the necessary changes, in some cases, drastic. The tasks given at each of the lessons in the Certification and Bootcamp helps us to make those gradual changes, so we can come to a point of being...
Transformed: This is defined as "to change in structure, appearance, or character". It was just a few days ago that I read a post from a member who was just a few months old; she talked about how she was feeling much more confident now, because of the training and interaction with other members, than when she first started....transformed...
It's amazing that at whatever angle you look at it, Wealthy Affiliate really does cover all bases! So, enjoy your tea, and, as always...
Strive to Thrive,
Veronica

Thanks, Debbie. I like how we can look and just about anything and find a way to link it to WA. I'm on a bus right now...Road to Success...Journey Forward...Full Speed Ahead...I could go on and on...
I love seeing how well this works with WA...the translation is very clear. Thanks for posting this, Veronica. Great article, my friend.
Thank you, Gina. It;s amazing how you can read or see something, and within minutes, tie it into Wealthy Affiliate. Is that a good thing, or have I gone off my rocker, lol.
Nahh you haven't gone mad, you've just come up with a great way to think of your path to success....I'm still stuck at Taper...but slowly working my way out of it!
I don't think anything will always be forward motion. I think at times, we have to go backwards, take stock, then make the necessary adjustments.
Oh...and thanks for declaring me sane, lol.
Great way of saying what we can all eventually relate to as we get to each point of our journey here :)
"T's" not just for Two any more thanks to you Veronica!
Love the post...great translation to the platform here! Very clever!
Cheers! T -Ching!
The author gives a lot of technical facts about sugar, so it's taking me longer to read the book, but it's fascinating!
Thanks for reading, Jessica!

Good evening Veronica,
On my site, I write about those naughty things like sugar. Clever how you used the 4 T's for your post.
Now in case you want to eat less of this sweet poison be very careful what you use instead as sweeteners, they sometimes are even worse.
I just left Terry a comment on her post, she does not sleep very well and I told her to have a chat with you about that.
Greetings from the south of Spain, Taetske
I'll have to check out your site, Taetske. You seem very well informed on health.
I am well aware of those substitutes that can be worse than the actual thing. Thanks for your comment, Taetske.
