Og Mandino - Day 5
Excerpts from the book, The Greatest Salesman in the World, by Og Mandino.
The Greatest Salesman in the World was written to serve as a guide for success in business and in life, as seen through the life of a camel boy, Hafiid, as he embarks on his journey to become the greatest salesman in the world.
Over the next 10 days, we will explore the 10 principles of success, found in the scrolls given to Hafid, centuries ago.
The Scroll Marked V:
"I will live this day as if it were my last."
Personal Thoughts:
Below is one of the thoughts I had written at the end of this chapter, dated
September 8, 2015:
"How would my speech, actions, and thoughts change if I truly strived to live out this principle? This extends not only to my financial affairs but also to my relationships, mental and physical health, and my spiritual well-being."

I love the philosophy of living each day like it's the last. Keep up the good work, Veronica.
Dear Friend.... Awesome and valuable information i am reading this book almost 90% finished.... One question.... Is that its true or imagination regarding Apostle Paul getting it... Please let me know is this a true story or imagination (The information are gold no doubt in it)
The book itself is purely fictional, with a few incidents from the Bible woven into the story. Glad you're enjoying the book, Paul.
Thanks a lot for your reply..... Do share with us the valuable information you know and suggest us these type of great books please.... It's really helpful....
There have been days where I have lived it as if it were my last - with no regrets! I'll have to go back and read Parts 1 to 5 Veronica. Thanks for sharing :-)
I understand this to mean to live in the moment, not dwelling on the past, nor being anxious or worrying about the future.
Thank you again for your Og Insights, Veronica :)
Thanks for Part 5 Veronica!
It's a good question you brought up in your personal thoughts. I don't think we can live every day of our life like it would be the last one. Personally, if I would know it's my last day to live, I would try to do everything I never dared to do before. It then very well could be, that I would spend the last hour of my life under arrest for having done a few crazy things. :)
Looking forward to Part 6!
