The addiction never leaves, Terry, lol. I do make efforts to give myself a time frame; sometimes I adhere to it down to the minute, other times...well, not so much.

But there is a piece of advice one of my dear friends on this platform gave me, that I make every effort to follow:

Do something for your business every day.

this could be going over training, writing, cleaning up your site, whatever. That way, even if you do spend a bit too much time helping others, at least you can end the day knowing you did something productive for yourself.

I'll take this to my heart. Have to admit I haven't been working on my website every day. Am concentrating a lot on my mindset for the moment. ;-)

It's really a fine balance, Pernilla. I really do believe you can transform your thinking as you work on your business. Transforming your thinking combined with taking action, I believe will get you the best results.

Remember what T. Harv Eker shared after receiving advice from his father's friend? He made every effort to learn how rich people think while he was developing his fitness business. As you transform your thinking, I think it would be difficult NOT to take action!

I would also encourage you to dig deeper, Pernilla. Are you holding off on your business because you want to focus on developing your mind, or is there another reason? I'm not making any assumptions here, I just want to challenge you a bit.

Everybody learns differently, just make sure you're not putting unnecessary limitations on yourself.

You're absolutely right. I just can't concentrate on working on my website on days I have been at my workplace. At those days I do at least read WA-blogs and communicate around in the community. Which encourage me a lot.

Thanks for challenging me! I am a bit too much of a perfectionist and that makes me get stuck now and then. I haven't yet found the blog writing flow. I am searching for a breakthrough in my mind.

Veronica, I'll seek your advice further on. Have to go now. Just want to say once again that you deserves the title of an ambassador - giving encouragement and attention to your friends is such a precious thing.

I was wondering if you are having a hard time getting referrals? I have a lot of people going to my link when I advertise it, but they don't join..it is free to join the starter membership, so just wondering what I'm doing wrong!
