Yeah, that was funny. But the problem is serious.Scientists and doctors are alarmed because with most people sleep deprivation is voluntary nowadays. People exhaust resources of their brain and their health not having enough sleep and thinking it's OK to have one, two, three sleepless nights in a row.

There's a proverb which says "Sleep to the sick is half health". Organs in our bodies restore their functions when we sleep.

The brain helps restore and organize our memories, and that may be the reason why people wake up with new ideas and creative approaches to problems they face after a night's sleep.



Even famous detectives need sleep.





Babies 's behavior is natural, as ever. If they need it, they get it.


























Have a good sleep and fruitful work.

If you are tired, take a nap. It might not be laziness. It might be a necessity if you owe yourself a lot of sleep.

It's a 325am in Texas and awesome posts like this are keeping me wide awake. Lol. Thank you for the post. Sleep is very essential nourishment. 7 to 8 of it a day keeps sickness away. Very nice Vera!

wow..I get something like three hours sleep a night...sometimes four hours..it's almost 3:30 A.M here now!
