It Took Him The Whole Life
One day a woman was walking along a Parisian street and she spotted Picasso sketching at a sidewalk cafe. She asked Picasso if he could make a sketch of her for a fee.
Picasso agreed. In just a few minutes the sketch was ready.
-"And how much do I owe you?", -asked the woman.
- "Five thousand francs", -said Picasso.
-"But this took you three minutes",-she politely reminded the artist.
-"No," replied Picasso, -it took all my life.
I believe there are no people here who want an overnight success. It plain doesn't happen. For a site to grow, for the people to start recognising you as an interesting blogger, for the traffic to grow it takes time.It takes time, hard work and dedication.
... and you will be able to charge 5000 dollars for 3 minutes of your time.:)

Great stuff Vera. It took all of my life so far to get where I am today; and it will take all the rest to get where else I'm going. Xxoo
Oh yeah... Life is like stairs. You can skip some of the stairs , just hopping and running.. and you crawl on some of them...oxoxox...
Love the last quote. BTW: I have been to the "Café du Dome". The one you can see on the first picture. But actually Paris is full of such nice places. Even so there were more in earlier times.
Great advice Vera. Yes indeed. It takes 10,000+ hours of practice to master anything worthwhile and become an expert.
Keep your eye of the road and stay patient. Hone your craft. And you will be rewarded plentifully on the back end.
