How Long Nap & Other Lifehacks
Do you know that depending on how long you nap, you can boost your energy, improve memory and creativity? Or you can wake up and feel groggy? I didn't .I was just wondering why I sometimes felt great and sometimes didn't after having a nap.

I have long been an advocate of cold showers, or rather, contrast cold-hot-cold showers . Extremely good for health.

For some 6 to 7 months a year, I shower cold. It seems to boost your metabolism by some 13 %, you start to burn fat hurray!

Vera - Great life hack suggestions. Just about all of the items listed in "Don't do these things abroad" we do here. Funny.
When life is easier and bearable it will go longer. You can sleep well, no stresses body parts function normally so life is long.
Psychological illnesses will shorten life.
