Brain Trainer

You can use this easy trainer, the picture of the turning girls for some minutes a day and it will help you balance work of the brain.
Determining which girl (turning left or turning right) is easier to follow for you, you see which hemisphere of the brain is dominant with you. Practicing watching the turning girls can help you enhance your brain work in this entertaining way.
When you are good enough following girls whose movement is marked with the colourful lines, look at the girl in the middle and forcefully make her turn left, and turn right. Do it every day. Your brain will thank you.
When you have practised enough, make this girl standing separately, or if you wish, the kitty, turn left and turn right, too.It's much more difficult to do it without any guidance.
Your brain will thank you...
And you will thank your brain, too...

I can't make it change direction at all! (The girl, that is; I could never get a cat to do what I want!)
Hahaha. Right you are! But you still try to make the girl on the picture turn...
A tip: you can fake it a little looking at a bit of the previous picture together with the single girl picture(I placed it like this on purpose) and then scroll down and concentrate on the picture...And then you do it just looking at the single girl picture.

I've always loved this!
I used to be able to change directions quite easily, but I guess my brain is out of shape because I am having some difficulty now.
For me, the easiest way to do it is to watch her feet. The cat I am having more difficulty with.

It's good to practice this thing. A tip: you can fake it a little looking at a bit of the previous picture together with the single girl picture(I placed it like this on purpose) and then scroll down and concentrate on the picture...And then you do it just looking at the single girl picture.
