That's for ladies. We need to be energetic, fit and beautiful, right?

Here's an absolutely cool workout.







It's not this tiring...



It's not this relaxing...







It's not even the plank, which is quite a quite tiring thing to do.



It's this.

All you need is a wall, a mat and desire to improve.

Even not very sporty people will be able to do it.It will not be traumatic for your back because it will be on the floor and you will not strain it. Inverted poses are very good for the blood circulation and for the legs.

But still, before doing these exercises consult your doctor.


Do some stretching first before doing the exercises.


Here goes the description of the exercises taken from this site:

"Wall Bridge - starts with your butt against the wall, slowly moving your lower body up, arms on the side, shoulders in place. inhale deep and exhale. slowly return to starting position.

Windshield Wipers - with your butt still against the wall and both legs still up, move left leg to 9 o'clock position. Move it back up to 12 o'clock. Do the same thing with the right leg, doing a 3 o'clock position.

Wall Scissor - butt close to the wall, raise your hips slowly with your hands supporting it as it goes up, keeping the elbows on the floor. Legs should be straight and feet are planted on the wall. Slowly lower left leg toward your head (legs should be kept straight) Return to the first position and do the same thing with your right leg.

Toe Reaches - butt still against the wall and both legs still up, reach for your left toes using your right hand and upper body still flat on the floor. Do the same thing with the left hand reaching for the right toes.

Knee Press - butt is against the wall still, knees bent, and feet should be planted up the wall. Raising your butt and back off the floor, cross your right ankle over your left knee. Then lower your body and repeat on your left side."

These look like great exercises. I'd love to try them, but I live in a motor home and there are no empty walls. Boy does that ever sound like an excuse!

Yeah, we are sometimes really great at creating excuses. Lie down on the sofa which stands next to the wall. Not exactly the same, but still..:)

I don't have a weight problem but everyone needs exercise..I've been doing these exercise poses for years, I had no idea they were deemed "perverted".....Now I know why everyone runs from me! (well, one reason anyway)! Haa! Kidding!

Seriously, these exercises do work! I use to have a back issue that would hit me about 3 times a year, out of nowhere...I could barely walk for about 3-5 days..when it came upon me.....depending....but I have found if I do these type exercises you have presented! I get more longevity and my back will only "go out" on me maybe only once for the year for a few days!

Thanks for your response, Cindy. I only started doing those but I see the potential of them. (perverted...lol- I need a proofreader at night..hahaha) The main thing is that the back is secured.:)

I have COPD, can't exercise at all and I am not a lady!

These are quite unisex exercises, but in your case you better concentrate on breathing exercises, I guess.Walking in parks, green zones.You can't give up on exercising at all.:)

This is awesome, I've been trying to decide what to do, I'm so out of shape, I've been working on weight loss, and I'm about 5 lbs from my goal weight, ( 80 lbs later) but man I am seriously out of shape.
