Here's a screen shot form Jaxxy. Any suggestions?

I would do both but starting with the first one.

I would do the first one.

Try rearranging the words what would you type in to search as there are better options

Write a post about both of them. Both worth chasing!

I would agree with Pisquali and take the split testing approach. Then measure the stats for effectiveness.

I agree, number one gets my vote. Maybe you can write two articles, one for each keyword. Just a thought. One can focus on diet while the other can talk about other methods.

I agree with John... The first one. It has much lower competition and a higher SEO score :)

The first one

Why not work both into you content? If your looking for a title I would go with the first one and use the second somewhere in the text.

Tom

the one with he lower QSR would be best one to use.

I am trying to set ad placements. I get to the save and activate and I get this....What do I do nest? I am totally lost here.

That's a great tutorial video on Adsense Marion, and is a bookmark as well, thanks.

You don't need a plugin

Thanks, I used your video and did it your way. Your help was great. Robert

It says it right there. It can be your theme or a plugin that you have which is not allowing you to place your ads. In your case, it is most likely the plugin.

I know, It also said the theme was compatible. I read the reviews on the plugin. I am not the only one with the problem. Thanks for checking in. Robert

Yeah I'd rather do without that plugin. Just keep testing different ones and see which one actually works without slowing down your site. If you can't find one, you're better off just placing them manually on your site. Let me know how that goes...

I don't use a plugin. Here is a tutorial from Kathy on how to put Adsense ads in a widget on your sidebar. I found it easy and I am no webmaster.

Hi Lizzy, you'll find an explanation, how to apply and how to set up your ads here. :)

I have the same issue over and over again despite all the verification. However, lately I noticed that, when that kind of message come out, doesn't means failed. Try refresh your page after that message.

I just tried it, no help. I think I'll switch plugins. Thanks, Robert

I am putting a YouTube video into a blog post. I have embedded it but wonder if a link will rank better. The Google/Youtube relationship. Does it make a difference? Thanks, Rob

I use embedded code for you tube videos

Great answers everyone.

Hi Robert, just my pennies worth. The way youtube works from an SEO perspective (Their Algorythm) is very different from google. The biggest (by far) influencer on youtube SEO is #minutes watched per video...

The embedding versus a link - i think everyone has answered that!!

All the best Robert

Embedding videos keeps visitors on your site longer and Google loves sites that keep their visitors. Make sure you don't show the related videos at the end

I heard it was best to embed the video. Like what Shawn said, it helps with ranking.

Embedding the video is fine and it makes it look better too.

Embeding it helps both the post/article and the video rank

Great thanks, Robert

I just read a post today. Forgot who. Said he sped up his load tim.

My site seems to load extremely slow. (10+ sec.) How do I speed it up?

Do you have a lot of plugins installed? Most of the time sites slow down because of even a single plugin. I wouldn't sacrifice looks over site speed, so you might want to find the problem here.

Okay, thanks. All I have is what came thru WA, I think that's 4.

this could be caused by several different things, but the easiest one to check and what you should start with is the plugins. You should only have about 5 or less plugins on your site. Any more than that could cause slower loading times.

I am using the Omega theme. In the draft mode, I inserted the read more line and saved. Visiting the site, the post show just the first lines, as it should. There is no 'read m

It sometimes depends on your theme man, but you can most likely do it manually. Did you figure it out?

I go it, thanks, Robert

If this is the same with all then this looks like theme design.

Okay, thanks
