I was wondering exactly how I would make money from my website. I didn't go the traditional route of making just an info blog site, I turned it into a webcomic; in the process

I'd echo the previous comment, and say that whilst the moving graphic is certainly very visually atmospheric, the text colour against it, makes reading the text difficult. However, I appreciate this is all a work in progress.

Re monetising the site, there doesn't seem to be a draw in the concept itself, unless you're promoting your work on other niche sites of a similar vein in order to start a following. I just mean, what's the search traffic on "post apocalyptic comic"? You could draw folks in with a free area of your story line and have a paid membership area for more character details and additional stories, but you'd need a fair bit of popularity in your own right for that.

You could review other graphic novels on Amazon and put up an affiliate link to them, same with cosplay items. Have a general comic blogging area, with suitably chosen subjects/keywords to drive traffic to your site.

Be a long process I think, but all blogs take a fair amount of sustained effort over months and years to become profitable.

Oh - and one final thing I noticed, you've a little typo: "synapses" should be synopsis.

Best of luck with it all!

Thank you, I don't see anything anywhere to change the font color but anyways I actually am using other sites to promote my work, I was concerned if I could make any money with this site.

I understand that tracking will be the best way to get some publicity, but how will I get earnings from my WA site? Really confused with this part...

Install a plugin called 'TinyMCE Advanced,' that'll give your text editor a lot more options similar to MS Word, including changing the colour of your text. It's free too.

The earnings come from affiliate commissions. If you review works on Amazon say, you put a link in your review to the title which contains your Amazon affiliate ID. You need to sign up for an affiliate account first of course, and when you do that you nominate your preferred payment method. Your affiliate link identifies that it was your recommendation that produced the sale, so you get a commission.

There are other affiliate products on places like Clickbank, and this is all covered in the training here, and how to make money from them. Not sure what Clickbank would have by way of matching your niche, but worth having a look. Amazon is certainly full of comic/graphic novels and comic inspired costumes etc.

Thank you so much, this was truly helpful,I'll go make an account now. Best wishes with everything :D

Your moving background makes your site very hard to read.

You can monetize your website with ads on the side bars if you don't want to write content for your blog.

Oh ok thank you, I'll add some ads now
